Pay, pack, fly

Confirm with a 30% deposit through Razorpay (UPI, card, NetBanking, wallet). We immediately hold every ferry seat and place every resort booking. The balance is due seven days before departure.

Once you fly into Port Blair, you have one WhatsApp number to reach us, 24 hours a day, for anything. Pickup running late? Resort lost your booking note? Cyclone forecast changed? You message us, we fix it. That is the part most travel sites do not deliver. It is the reason we exist.

Inter-island ferries sell out in peak season. The minute your deposit lands, we lock your seats with Makruzz or Green Ocean. You do not race against other people booking the same boat.

Refunds with a published timeline

If you cancel more than 48 hours before departure, you get a full refund. Refund initiated within 4 hours of cancellation, in your account within 5 to 10 business days. The clear policy is on every booking page.

We tell you the unflattering bits

October is a good month to visit but Diwali week is crowded. Some resorts have great food but the rooms are dated. Baratang is a long day and is not for everyone. We say it on the call. We say it in the quote. We do not over-sell.

The Andamans see weather between October and December. We monitor forecasts. If a system is brewing during your dates, you hear from us 72 hours ahead with options. Most trips need no changes. The ones that do need handling, get handled.

Why book through you instead of MakeMyTrip or Cleartrip?

If you want a 3-day cookie-cutter package and are confident handling your own transfers and ferry timings, the big aggregators are fine. We are for the trip that needs thought. A honeymoon with a private beach dinner. A family with a 7-year-old and a 65-year-old. A 10-day itinerary that has to fit three islands and a dive certification. You get one person who knows the islands, builds the trip, and is on WhatsApp when something goes sideways. Most aggregators outsource the support to a call centre. We do not.

Is there a planning fee?

No. The quote is free. There is no charge to revise it. We only see money once you confirm with a deposit. If you decide not to travel with us, we are not out anything except a few hours of one team member's time. That is fine. Most enquiries do not convert. The ones that do, more than make up for it.

How much do you mark up the hotels and ferries?

On ferries, almost nothing. Operators sell to us at the same price you would pay at the jetty. We add a small handling fee (under 5%) to cover the cost of holding seats for you. On hotels, our quoted rate is usually within 5% of the rack rate. Sometimes lower because we have partner-rate access. We make our money on the planning value-add and the package margin, not on hidden markups.

What if I want to change the itinerary?

Before confirmation, change anything. The whole point of the quote phase is to iterate. After confirmation, small changes (an extra activity, a meal upgrade, a different room category) we handle without re-quoting. Bigger changes (different resort, different dates) trigger a re-quote and any price difference. We do not charge a change fee on small things. We do for the big ones because they require redoing supplier bookings.

What happens if a ferry is cancelled or there's a cyclone?

Ferry cancellations: we re-book you on the next sailing, even if it means waking up someone at the operator's office at 6 AM. If the only option is a same-day flight or seaplane, we will quote it and you decide. Cyclones: we watch the IMD forecast daily once you are booked. If a system is approaching during your dates, you get a WhatsApp from us 72 hours ahead with options to reschedule or proceed. How fast are refunds actually paid out?

The refund is initiated through Razorpay within 4 hours of your cancellation being processed. Razorpay then takes 5 to 10 business days to credit it to your original payment method (faster for UPI, slower for credit cards). If something fails on the Razorpay side (rare but it happens) we get a notification the same day and arrange a UPI transfer ourselves. You always get the money. The track record is on the staff side of our admin if you ever want to ask for it.

Do you do international travellers?

Yes. The Andamans issue a free 30-day Restricted Area Permit to foreign nationals on arrival at Port Blair airport. We handle the rest the same as for Indian travellers, except we usually suggest a slightly longer trip (the flight is more of a commitment) and we lean on resorts that are comfortable with foreign guests for food and service. Quoted in INR. We can invoice in USD or GBP for accounting purposes if you ask.

What if I just want a ferry ticket and nothing else?
