One night was enough but it was the right addition to our trip. The natural rock bridge at low tide was eerie and beautiful. Bring cash. ATMs were down both days we were there. Loved the slower pace after the busier Havelock days.
A 45-minute ferry from Havelock. Three beaches, one natural rock bridge, almost no crowds. Add it for one or two nights.
A limestone arch carved by the sea. Accessible only at low tide. Check the tide chart for your dates before you go. A guide at the entrance will walk you out for ₹100 a head.
A long stretch of soft sand on the west side. Sunset around 5:45pm in winter, 6:30pm in summer. One of the best on the islands.
A vibrant reef in waist-deep water, just metres from shore. Snorkel rental is ₹150 a set. Glass-bottom boat rides also leave from here for non-swimmers.
East-facing, quiet, photogenic. Twenty-minute scooter ride from the village. Bring a coffee.
Add Neil between Havelock and Port Blair on most itineraries.
